Qualifications

• Arkansas Physical Therapy licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver's license with access to a vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in diverse home health environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient functional status and PT needs within home health.
• Assists physician in developing plan of care.
• Provides PT services per state laws and plan of care.
• Observes and reports patient responses to treatment.
