Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Eligible to sit NBCOT exam.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida.
• Current CPR certification.
• Able to drive to patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT services in patients' homes under OT supervision.
• Assist in evaluation, development, and periodic re-evaluation of the rehabilitative plan.
• Prepare clinical and daily progress notes within 48 hours.
• Instruct patients and families on exercises and self-care activities.
• Record observations and communicate changes to the OT and physician.
