Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of Washington.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and the plan of care.
• Assess functional status and CMS-relevant documentation in coordination with the physician.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment and changes in condition to the nurse supervisor and physician.
• Conduct patient assessments using standard diagnostic tests to evaluate functional abilities.
• Maintain professional conduct and adaptability across client backgrounds and settings.
