Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Commitment to supporting individuals with developmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with complex needs.
• Develop relationships and help participants grow, learn and live well.
• Support participants to participate in community activities and achieve goals.
