Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer $17.00 per hour, full benefits for full-time staff (including a 401(k) with a 3% company match), paid time off and holiday pay, and strong supervision and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with development goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build real, meaningful relationships and help participants participate in community activities.
