Pay $20.92 per hour for a full-time float position. You’ll assist with personal care, behavioral challenges, and community activities while advancing in a stable, purpose-driven career within Sevita’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and social engagement.
• Build trusting relationships and provide compassionate, patient care.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and care standards as part of Sevita’s services.
