Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required only if bachelor’s not completed.
• Endorsement by AIMH preferred; if not, obtain within first year.
• Training in infant mental health endorsed by AIMH encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct family-centered home visiting services to eligible families.
• Maintain caseloads and ensure completion rates per program standards.
• Document services and screen well-child visits and immunizations.
• Coordinate medical homes and referrals for early intervention when needed.
• Participate in ongoing trainings and reflect on practice to improve outcomes.
