Job summary

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner at the Woodridge Family Relationship Centre. This is a maximum-term, part-time role (4 days per week) for 6 months.

You will contribute to assessment, case management and support for families under the Australian Family Law Act, in a child-inclusive and property dispute resolution setting. Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Law or related discipline.
• Graduate Diploma Family Dispute Resolution.
• Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Federal Attorney-General’s Department.
• Current Drivers Licence
• Blue Card
• Willingness to undergo a criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and contribute to assessment, case management and support of families requiring Family Dispute Resolution.
• Join the Family Law Services Team for matters under the Australian Family Law Act.
• Work in child-inclusive and property dispute resolution settings.
