KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to implement curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and engage with families to support children’s growth and education.

You will partner with parents, staff, and leadership to drive enrollment and center success while fostering positive relationships with the broader community. This role is central to delivering high-quality early childhood education across our sites.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support the center’s success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensure authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
