Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support children's learning in our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum in a way that meets each child's needs, create a safe and nurturing environment, and partner with parents to ensure the best care and education.

You will also collaborate with center staff and leadership to promote enrollment and engagement. This role emphasizes a positive impact on young learners, teamwork, and ongoing growth within a nationwide network

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
