Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support young learners across our classrooms. You’ll implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing environment, and partner with families to provide the best care and education.

In this role you’ll engage children daily, follow state requirements, and collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment goals while contributing to a positive, inclusive learning community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and improvement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
