KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to support children’s education and development in our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing environment, and partner with parents to provide outstanding care and education.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals while building strong relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
