Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task
• Meet state-specific qualifications or be willing to obtain
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• Postures to engage with children and ensure safety
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and families

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn
• Partner with parents to support quality care and education
• Support center success by contributing to enrollment and accreditation goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and partners
