You will support group activities, coordinate with group leaders and staff, manage supplies and space, and help ensure a safe, confidential, and inclusive group environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with EI focus.
• Must lift up to 30 pounds and hold a current driver’s license.
• CPR certification required and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe transportation of children on/off the bus and manage related paperwork.
• Greet families and orient new participants to group routines.
• Support and participate in group activities (snack prep, handwashing, calming upset children).
• Promote ongoing communication among parents, caregivers and EI staff.
• Prepare and implement group activities with group leaders (sensory, art, motor).
• Maintain inventory of supplies and space for groups.
• Support IFSP goal implementation with service coordinators and staff.
• Maintain clean, safe group environment and bulletin boards.
• Coordinate with group coordinator on space and equipment maintenance.
