KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support children across our centers. You will implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects each child's needs, and you will create a safe, nurturing environment where kids can explore, learn, and grow with confidence.

You will partner with parents and center staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals, build positive relationships with families and community partners, and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality program that

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organization skills.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
