KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to inspire young learners across our nationwide centers. You will implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can grow and explore daily.

You will partner with families to support each child’s growth, participate in ongoing professional development, and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality learning environment for all children.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum tailored to each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
