Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to join our early childhood education team. You will lead and mentor peers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for children.

You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and program quality while fostering growth and confidence in young learners across our centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy with state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred and able to meet state qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children’s care and education.
• Support center success; work with staff to improve enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
