Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Direct Support Professional in Greensboro, NC for 2nd shift PT role. You will assist individuals with disabilities in daily living, community activities and personal goals, under supervision and person-centered plans.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 18+, strong communication, and compassionate, patient demeanor. Includes benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass pre-employment screening.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fosters independence.
• Knowledge of disability rights, self-advocacy, and community integration.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow regulatory guidelines.
