Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information.
• Must submit a valid NYS drivers' license and maintain a qualified driver status.
• Physical ability to lift and transfer individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing guidance and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure a safe and clean home for individuals.
• Support individuals in meal preparation, medication administration, and treatment plans.
