• Must submit NYS driver’s license and maintain qualified driver status

• Provide ongoing guidance and support to individuals to promote active participation in daily life.
• Assist individuals with self-care routines, health, safety, and household chores to promote independence.
• Support individuals in community integration and maintaining relationships
• Assist with medication administration according to agency policies and procedures
• Attend and participate in meetings to discuss progress and goals
