Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Must have an Illinois driver's license and an acceptable driving record and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Teach, train and promote independence with the individuals we serve.
• Assist clients in learning to be independent and with daily living skills.
• Assist and monitor clients with self-medication program.
• Transport clients in a safe manner.
• Document and communicate on the computer system as required.
