Job summary

Rauch Inc. in Indiana seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide direct, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in home and community settings. You will promote independence, health, safety, and meaningful participation while following ISP plans.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for a $350 sign-on bonus and shift differentials on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services in accordance with each individual’s ISP.
• Assist with implementation and monitoring of ISP goals and objectives.
• Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and household routines.
• Facilitate community integration, recreation, and social engagement.
• Provide or coordinate transportation to appointments, employment, and activities.
• Monitor individual progress and communicate updates to the team.
• Promote self-advocacy, independence, and informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and service providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency assistance as needed.
• Implement structured activities that promote independence and skill development.
