Job summary

Rauch Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the FNC Day Program in Indiana to provide active treatment, skill development, and personal support to participants in both facility and community settings.

This role emphasizes independence, person-centered goals, and teamwork. Requires strong communication, empathy, and ability to assist with personal care; schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, with CPR/First Aid and other trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support, instruction, and personal assistance in a respectful and professional manner.
• Implement active treatment strategies to promote skill development and independence.
• Assist with personal care needs (e.g., toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Support individuals during community outings and activities.
• Participate in development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Provide input on progress, preferences, strengths, and growth areas.
• Develop and implement daily routines and activity schedules based on individual needs.
• Facilitate engaging, age-appropriate, and skill-based activities.
