Job summary

Rauch, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Supported Living in Charlestown, Indiana. The role focuses on providing direct, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in home and community settings, promoting independence and meaningful participation.

The position may be full-time or part-time, with shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays. CPR/First Aid and other certifications are required or completed as part of the role.

• Support daily living skills and personal care.
• Facilitate community integration and social engagement.
• Provide or coordinate transportation to appointments and activities.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the team.
• Promote self-advocacy and informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain relationships with individuals and families.
