The role includes evenings/weekends, paid training, CPR/First Aid, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full‑time staff. Compensation is $17.50–$19.00 per hour with benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluent English spoken, read, and written.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults with disabilities to participate fully in the community.
• Assist with daily living tasks: household chores, meal prep, shopping, bathing, toileting, dressing.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and Individual Support Plans and accompany individuals to appointments.
