Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CT Driver's License required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR certification or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient, encouraging Direct Support to individuals in daily activities.
• Monitor health needs and assist with medications as directed.
• Ensure safety by following staffing ratios and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Support individuals in daily living skills and promote dignity and respect.
• Assist with community outings and in-house recreation to foster personal growth.
