Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CT Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR Certification or Eligible to become CPR Certified.
• Experience with Behavioral Needs Preferred

Responsibilities

• Be the patient, encouraging Direct Support Professional, caregiver, and advocate on a daily basis.
• Monitor health, safety, and administer medications when directed; report issues.
• Safely assist individuals entering/exiting vehicles and buildings; supervise mealtimes as needed.
• Promote dignity and respect through positive behavioral techniques and supportive interactions.
