The role oversees daily living tasks, medication administration, and community outings in a residential setting, with shifts including weekends and 3pm–11pm on Sundays. The position offers paid training, mileage reimbursement, holiday pay, 401(k), and other employee benefits, with weekend supplemental pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen.
• Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening.
• Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/first aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living activities in residential settings.
• Administer medication and assist with meals and personal hygiene.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments.
• Implement individual behavioral plans and teach new skills.
• Encourage community outings and recreational activities.
• Report concerns and maintain accurate documentation.
