Job summary

TURN Community Services in Utah County is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with developmental disabilities live more independent and engaged lives. Roles include day program and residential DSP positions with flexible shifts across days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan, plus a sign-on bonus and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to drive larger vehicles for some positions.
• NO EXPERIENCE? TRAINING PROVIDED.

Responsibilities

• Day Program DSPs: support individuals in life skills, self-care, arts, vocational training and community engagement; ensure health and safety documentation.
• Residential DSPs: assist in homes with daily living, meal prep, hygiene, transportation and budgeting; teach life skills and independence.
