Job summary

TURN Community Services in Salt Lake County is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in day programs and residential settings. Start at $16.50/hour with a $600 sign-on bonus, plus flexible full-time and part-time shifts and extensive benefits.

You'll help build life skills, promote independence, and support community inclusion while maintaining professional, patient, and caring interactions.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to transport individuals and drive larger vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in day programs with life skills and community activities.
• Assist in residential settings with daily living tasks, meals, and budgeting.
• Model positive behaviors and document health and safety information.
