Job summary

TURN Community Services in Davis County, Utah, is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve independence, growth, and community inclusion. Roles include Day Program DSPs and Residential DSPs, with shifts across days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Starting pay is $16.50/hr with a $600 sign-on bonus paid over six months. We offer full-time and part-time positions, a range of benefits, and a mission-driven team-focused environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle with ability to transport individuals when needed.
• Ability to drive larger vehicles for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in developing life skills and independence through day programs.
• Assist in residential settings with daily living activities, meal prep, hygiene, transportation, and budgeting.
• Model positive behavior, provide mentorship, advocacy, and consistent support to enhance quality of life.
