Founded in 1973 by parents seeking better opportunities for their adult children with disabilities, TURN Community Services supports more than 600 individuals across Utah, from Brigham City to St. George. Services include residential programs, day programs, supported employment, art centers, and summer camps.

Roles vary by program, but always impact lives.
Support individuals in developing life skills and independence through activities such as self‑care, hygiene, arts and crafts, vocational training, and community engagement. Help build social skills, manage behaviors, and participate meaningfully in daily routines. Maintain accurate documentation and focus on health and safety.
Assist individuals in their homes with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication support, hygiene, transportation, and housekeeping. Teach life skills such as budgeting, relationship‑building, and decision‑making, modeling positive behaviors and providing consistent support to promote independence.
In both settings, serve as a mentor, advocate, and role model to help individuals build confidence and experience a higher quality of life.
