Responsibilities

• Provide various supports to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, housekeeping, cooking, and recreation.
• Promote independence and help individuals participate in community activities and maintain social connections.
• Maintain documentation, shift notes, and ISP-related plans as required.
• Ensure safety, rights, and dignity for individuals, reporting concerns as needed.
