Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants develop goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition and promote independence.
