Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs with patience and compassion.
• Help participants work toward developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and provide reliable supervision.
