Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in our home and community programs. You’ll help with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities to promote independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals and complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and independent living skills.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
