Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable, compassionate and patient with participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living skills.
• Support participants with developmental goals and community participation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to deliver person-centered services.
