Job summary

Homes for Independent Living is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist 1-4 adult clients with behavioral, medical, and physical disabilities in a residential setting. You will help with daily living tasks, ensure safety, and support client well-being.

This role offers $21 per hour, with full-time and part-time options, set schedules, and benefits including PTO, a $2,000 referral bonus, and a comprehensive package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, ESOP).

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Consent to background check.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assure health, safety, and well-being of clients.
• Administer positive behavioral redirection and encourage self-coping mechanisms.
• Assist with daily living activities as per care plans.
• Assist with meal prep and cleaning as needed.
