Help at Home, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. Starting pay is $18-$20 per hour, with a $1,000 new hire milestone bonus, paid training, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and career development opportunities.

Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass

Formación

• The candidate must be at least 18 years old and meet one of the listed requirements.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or complete a state-approved training program.
• Must demonstrate competency and pass the required written competency test.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with IDD in homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities and community participation.
• Document services, progress, and concerns accurately.
• Communicate with team members and report updates to supervisors.
