Qualifications

• CA Driver's License with 2+ years of driving experience.
• Registered vehicle with valid insurance.
• Ability to pass LiveScan fingerprint clearance.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Assist people to maintain independence in daily tasks.
• Support personal care and hygiene tasks as needed.
• Facilitate community integration through recreational activities.
• Monitor health and accompany to medical appointments.
• Develop positive relationships with families and agencies.
• Participate in team and agency-wide trainings.
