RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings. You will implement services aligned with each person’s Centered Plan and support communication of needs, goals, and desired outcomes.

Starting pay is $16.50/hour with a variety of shifts across locations. You will join a team focused on safety, documentation, and person-centered care, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Support individuals with disabilities in the community.

• Assess and communicate needs within Centered Plan.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.
• Maintain safety and comply with procedures.
