Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to support individuals with disabilities in community settings. You will help identify needs, implement services, and support personal goals through each person’s centered plan.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour. Shifts vary by location, with coverage seven days a week. Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet physical requirements; CPR proficiency is expected. Pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED (Not required for TN openings).
• Regularly required to lift 30 lbs., and must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
• Must be able to pull a minimum of 50 lbs. and to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb and stop.
• CPR proficiency required (from floor level) and vision requirements.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks and credential verification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures.
• Assist with People Supported Development.
• Assist with Person Supported Community Life.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
• Assist with person-centered plan and outcomes.
• Assist with medical requests.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.
