Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet state and local background checks and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist persons supported with personal care and daily routines.
• Support integration into the community through person-centered activities.
• Provide safe transportation to events, job sites, and appointments.
• Maintain proper use of agency resources and confidentiality.
• Document daily shift notes in electronic systems.
