Qualifications

• Zero to one year full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a mental health or physical health condition.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance.

Responsabilités

• Teaches and coaches activities of daily living (ADL).
• Plans community-based activities and facilitates access to resources.
• Documents services and care provided according to standards.
