Responsibilities

• Assist people with daily living activities and personal care.
• Promote choice and independence for the people supported.
• Attend team and 1:1 meetings with supervisor and document data.
• Complete required billing documentation for supports and services.
• Maintain safe and clean environments, including grounds and vehicles.
• Follow all plans, learning materials, and goals.
