Job summary

You will assist with daily living, health needs, and skill development while documenting progress and maintaining confidentiality in a respectful, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support per individual service plans, including socialization and behavioral development.
• Assist with daily living activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, and community integration.
• Document progress and maintain records with confidentiality.
• Support medications administration and health maintenance as required.

Skills

Working knowledge of computers

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Six months of experience in human services preferred
