Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct support per individual service plans and assist with social, health, and daily living needs.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, and community integration.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain safety and professional relationships with individuals, families, guardians and staff.

Skills

Computer literacy
