Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking therapists to deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers in Centreville, VA. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team and be empowered to make a meaningful impact with compassionate, evidence-based care.

We offer 1099 contractor or W2 part-time roles with flexible hours after 3pm ET, a guaranteed caseload, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, LPC-R, LMFT, LMSW, or SiSW.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships and educate families on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support treatment.
• Manage caseload and participate in ongoing supervision and supervision structures.
