Community Resources for Independence, Inc. (CRI) is hiring caring caregivers to support individuals with IDD in the Altoona area.

As a Personal Care Assistant or Direct Support Professional, you’ll help clients with daily tasks, accompany them on outings, and assist with appointments to foster independence and community participation. We offer flexible schedules, training, and ongoing support from supervisors and a team dedicated to client well-being.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass background checks and clearances.
• Availability to work every other weekend, on holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care tasks.
• Get paid to join our clients on walks and community activities.
• Join clients for appointments, shopping, or other errands as needed.
• Help empower people to live independently and be part of the community.
