Job summary

Sevita seeks a Direct Support Professional in Devils Lake, ND, to assist individuals with daily living needs. The role offers on-site hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8am to 4pm, with emphasis on compassionate care, safety, and community participation.

A valid license and clean MVR are required. You’ll contribute to personal hygiene support, behavior management, and helping participants achieve goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
